Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise, Edith Morgan with Matthew Moncreaff
8:30 AM~~Meeting called to order.
Discuss articles on ATM warrant – see next item
Review/edit/approve message for proposed general by-law change
The group reviewed the draft of a statement prepared by Richy re the by-law changes proposed in articles 21 & 22 and made numerous edits.
Action: A motion was made and seconded to approve the statement subject to the suggested edits. All voted in favor.
Discuss TA and interim TA search, review/edit/approve Collins Center TA profile.
Given the time constraints at the meeting, the Board agreed to review the profile and send feedback to Mary Aicardi before 5 pm on Friday, May 10. The Board will vote on the amended profile on Monday morning at its 8:30 meeting.
Review/Edit/Approve message for June COA newsletter.
Action: A motion was made to allow Karen to write an introduction to our new Interim Town Administrator for inclusion in the newsletter. All voted in favor.
